The production of red wine is more of an art. It allows
wine–makers to express their style and skills. Variables are plenty: time spent
on lees, adequate fermentation temperature, extraction of colour, period of
ripening in wooden barrels (barrique), type of barrel as well as proper wine
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Quality wine produced from the French grape variety strongly influenced by the Macedonian climate. Distinguishable for its ruby red colour, rich bouquet and complex aroma with the scent of spices, red pepper and mineral tones. It contains soft and soluble tannins and well balanced acids.
Served at temperature of 16-180С, with meals of red meat, the traditional Macedonian cuisine as well as with strong chocolate desserts.
